About JENN LANDIS

The Catalyst Council was built by Jenn Landis, former Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of a $4.5 billion publicly traded energy company, named to HR Executive Magazine's CHRO Honor Roll, and co-founder of her organization's first and only women's professional group.

Jenn has been in these circles from every angle. She's built them, creating and leading women's professional spaces from the ground up inside a major corporation. She's been invited into them, participating in communities curated by others, close enough to see what works and what quietly doesn't. And she's been the woman searching for one, spending eight months after leaving corporate looking for the community she actually needed, trying on spaces that had pieces of it but never the whole thing.

What she didn't anticipate was how quickly the thought partnerships she'd built in corporate would evaporate. The relationships she counted on didn't transfer. They disappeared almost immediately.   • Every applicant goes through the same rigorous process — an application, reference checks, and specific screening criteria built around character, competence, mindset, and collaborative posture. If you don’t pass, you don’t get in. And neither does anyone else. The curation standard isn’t a marketing claim — it’s the architecture of the program. Jenn’s background is reading people and protecting organizational culture at the highest levels. That skill doesn’t stop at the door of the Catalyst Council.

  • That’s not a coincidence, and it’s not your fault. Most women’s groups aren’t built with the curation rigor, the confidentiality infrastructure, or the facilitation experience that genuine psychological safety requires. The Catalyst Council screens explicitly for women wired for collaboration over competition. Every participant signs an NDA. Rules of engagement are established from day one. And with a council capped at no more than 10 women, nothing hides — including behavior that doesn’t belong in the room. Anyone who violates the safety of the council is removed.

The Catalyst Council is not a program with unlimited seats and a rolling open door. It was never designed to be.

Each council is capped at no more than 10 women — not as a marketing device, but because the quality of what happens inside the room depends entirely on the size of it. When the council is full, it’s full. There is no waitlist that guarantees you a seat. The next entry point is months away.

Founding Member pricing exists for this council only. When these seats are filled, that pricing is gone permanently. The investment will increase annually for new participants.

  • No. The three experiences are sequential by design. The Strategy Experience is the only entry point into the Catalyst Council. Each experience builds the shared language, frameworks, and lived context that make the next level possible. Skipping the foundation isn’t an option — it would undermine the quality of the room for everyone in it.

  • Replays are available for every session. Life happens — and the Catalyst Council is built for women with real schedules. That said, consistent live participation is strongly encouraged. The implementation that happens in the room in real time is a significant part of the value.

  • The monthly sessions are virtual. The Keystone Showcase events — Strategy Declaration Day, Slingshot Partnership Day, and Success Showcase Day — are offered either virtually or in-person based on your council’s preference.

  • Each experience runs approximately three months. The full Catalyst Council journey — all three experiences with off months between them — spans approximately 11 months.

  • Each experience includes access to a proprietary AI thought partner tool built on Jenn’s published methodology and trained specifically on Catalyst Council content. It’s available between sessions and after hours — designed to help you think through challenges, refine your strategy, and maintain momentum when the group isn’t meeting. It is not a generic chatbot. It knows the methodology and knows where you are in the process.

  • Completing all three experiences earns you access to the next level — an exclusive, ongoing community for Catalyst Council graduates. Details and pricing are shared upon completion of the Execution Support Experience.
